update ConnectionParams parameters in bot.py to support ircrobots v0.6.6 parialy closes issue #6 parameters of function ConnectionParams from ircrobots were changed in but never documented properly BREAKING CHANGE: requires ircrobots v0.6.6 instead of v0.6.1
